Do you ship to international locations?
Yes, we do ship to some international locations. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote on international shipments.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. If you have not received that email or have further questions, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
Do you offer tracking information on the shipment of orders?
For all FedEx orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. A physical shipping address will need to be provided before an order can be shipped. A PO Box can only be entered as a billing address.
Do you have retailers that carry your products?
We do have a limited amount of retailers that carry our products. Those retailers are located in COLORADO. If you would like a list, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you bill insurance or Medicare?
We do not bill any insurance companies or Medicare.
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Generally, all orders placed before 1:00 PM MST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
At Opedix, we stand behind the functionality and performance of our technology and our gear. If, after trying our product, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for replacement or refund within 30 days. No questions asked. It's part of our commitment to improving the way you move through life. And we stand by it 100%.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new product once we receive the original item back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to send the product back to us and we will pay for the new product to be shipped to you.
If you wish to simply return a product for a refund, you will receive the refund in full (less the original shipping and handling). Refunds will post to the credit card account on file approximately 7 days after the original product has been received.
