Q. Do you ship to international locations?
A. Yes, we do ship to some international locations. Please enter your address and country into the shopping cart section of the web site to get your country's information.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. Please contact our customer service department at service@opedix.com.

Q. Do you offer tracking information on the shipment of orders?
A. For all FedEx orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

Q. What is the difference between the R1 and the S1?
A. The R1 tights are designed for running and regular exercise while the S1 tights are designed for skiing and boarding. The R1 tights have zippers at the ankles and reflective tape for night jogging. Additionally, the R1s have a small key pocket at the waist.

Q. What do you recommend if I am between sizes for the S1/R1 tights?
A. For S1/R1 tights, we recommend going with the larger size if you are in between sizes. Your thighs should be considered. If you have overly large or muscular thighs (you know who you are), then go up a size.

Q. Do you bill insurance or Medicare?
A. We do not bill any insurance companies or Medicare.

 

Shipping Info

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Generally, all orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) MST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) MST will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How to Change Your Order

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Opedix, we want our customers to love their purchase so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with every product we sell.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) within 30 days of the ship date and we will either exchange your product for a different size or provide a refund. If your product has a manufacturer defect, we will exchange the item at no charge within 90 days of the ship date.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new product once we receive the original item back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to send the product back to us and we will pay for the new product to be shipped to you.

If you wish to simply return a product for a refund, you will receive the refund in full (less the original shipping and handling). Refunds will post to the credit card account on file approximately 7 days after the original product has been received.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to Arizona and Colorado will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payment for online orders. Your credit card will be charged at the moment of purchase. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is: Opedix.
