Processing An Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Generally, all orders placed before 10:00 AM MST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM MST will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How To Change Your Order

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new product once we receive the original item back. Please complete the RMA Process to request your FedEx Prepaid Return Label:  RMA Request. 

If you wish to simply return a product for a refund, you will receive the refund in full (less the original shipping and handling). Refunds will post to the credit card account on file approximately 7 days after the original product has been received.  Please complete the RMA Process to request your FedEx Prepaid Return Label:  RMA Request
