Return Authorization Number

To return or exchange your order, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us.  To begin the process, please look up your order below.  After completing the return form on the next page, we will email you within (2) business days with the following:

Return/Exchange Directions

  1. Include the RA# on the outside of the package and make a note of the RA# for future reference. Also note the tracking number as provided on the pre-paid return FedEx label (we do not save a copy of that tracking number).
  2. When possible, please include all original packing materials (box, hangtag, etc) and use the original shipping box.
  3. To schedule a pick up, please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX, or drop off your package at any FedEx location.  The FedEx label we provide must be attached to your box.
  4. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund or exchange. We will issue your refund back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.


Please note we can only process returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from for delivery locations within the contiguous United States. If you purchased your product through one of our authorized retailers or healthcare providers, please contact them directly.
